For Booking our apartments:

THE PRICE is per apartment per day, for a minimum of 7 nights 

TOURIST TAX  Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,70 per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is payable on departure.

PAYMENT  in cash, by debit card, credit card or bank transfer

THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS! 

LINEN    Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen are provided free of charge

WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER  we charge Euro 5.00

LIGHT, HEATING, WIFI, etc. it is included in the price

PRIVATE PARKING free private and reserved parking is possible on site (resevation is not needed)

FREE TRANSFER upon arrival and departure to and from Dobbiaco train station

ARRIVAL the apartment is available from 3pm. By prior arrangement and possibility even earlier.

DEPARTURE We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am - we need this time for cleaning so that our new guests can have a comfortable stay.

ARRIVAL DAY   Saturday - out of season also daily for a minimum of 2 nights and a supplement of 25%

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! 

PREPAYMENT & STORNO
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30 % of the total price after reservation (bank transfer to our bank: Cassa Raiffeisen Dobbiaco IBAN: IT46X0808058360000300223255 - BIC/Swift: RZSBIT21138)
The guest will be charged 30 % of the total price, if they cancel after reservation.
The guest will be charged 100 % of the total price, it they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of stay
